  • This package option is great for anyone wanting to work closely with me to get to the root cause of your imbalances. It is a 3-month subscription at $225/month that includes:

    • One 60 minute initial consultation and two 30 minute follow up appointments

    • In depth review of health history, intake form, and current symptoms

    • Lab recommendations for a personalized approach to your healing

    • Customized nutrition recommendations tailored to your body's needs

    • Lifestyle recommendations that support the rebalancing of your body

    • Personalized supplement protocols based on your labs and goals

    • Unlimited chat support: Access to Kacee during office hours (M-F 8am-3pm) to guide you every step of the way

DISCOVERY CALL

If you are unsure about where to start, what working with Kacee looks like, or you have questions about functional medicine lab testing, we offer a 15-minute call to answer any questions you may have.

ON-BOARDING MEETING

During the first consultation, we will spend 60 minutes reviewing your health history, your current symptoms, your intake forms, as well as your health goals. From a holistic, root cause approach, we will then discuss a plan of action unique to you.

REVIEW MEETING

At his point in our work together, we will review your lab results with Kacee’s professional analyzation and insights.

PROTOCOL DISCUSSION

After reviewing your labs, Kacee will guide you through your personalized protocol, including nutrition advice, supplement recommendations, lifestyle suggestions, and habits to promote healing, all tailored to you!

PROGRESS CHECK-INS

After beginning your new protocol, we will meet for monthly check-ins to review progress and to revise your current protocol if needed. In addition, you will have unlimited chat support with Kacee along the way for extra assistance and guidance.

FINAL REVIEW

At the end of your selected program, Kacee will do a full review of your progress thus far and advise you through your next steps, outlining continual care needs and your options moving forward.

CONTINUAL CARE

Because healing takes time, trial and error, and consistency, continual care will always be available and encouraged. Kacee is committed to you and your health!

Continual Care

After completing one of our intensive healing programs, some clients may want to continue their health coaching with Kacee to discuss other health concerns and needs, continue receiving customized protocols or just for ongoing support and accountability. With our Continual Care Program, we can continue to schedule routine meetings and check-ins based on your current needs and new health goals.

FAQ’s

I understand everyone’s health needs are different, which causes many questions to arise! Feel free to contact me directly and explore some of our more frequently asked questions to understand what to expect when working with me at K|D Health & Wellness.

  • Healing is not linear nor is it a "one size fits all," we are all bio-individual. Healing takes time and consistency. How quickly you begin to see results will depend on how committed you are to your goals and how willing you are to follow your customized protocols.

  • Because each person is bio-individual, no one protocol will look the exact same. Plans/protocols are customized for each unique individual based on their specific needs, including but not limited to supplement recommendations, lifestyle suggestions, nutrition guidance, stress management activities, exercise advice, and whatever else is necessary for the person that I am working with.

  • Consultation and regular check-ins with Kacee, review of lab results, customized protocols, nutrition and lifestyle advice and suggestions, and chat support are all included with purchase of each package.

    Functional medicine labs and supplements are not included.

  • K|D Health and Wellness is not a healthcare provider. It is your responsibility to work alongside your preferred healthcare provider and to consult them about any pharmaceutical contradictions or medical emergencies of any kind.

  • The first month’s payment will be required at time of scheduling. After that, automatic payments will be taken out each month before your next meeting with Kacee. You may cancel your subscription at any point after completely the specified duration of your chosen package.

    We do accept HSA.

  • K|D Health and Wellness is NOT meant to diagnose, treat or cure disease.

    We work with a variety of health issues and conditions by taking a holistic approach, from a root cause analysis to support healing and health. We look beyond diagnosis to identify the underlying imbalances within the body and use natural approaches to restore balance and create true, lasting healing.
